Going to do a multiple part series with my Irene images. Wanted to start with one I grabbed the day before the storm hit. It was eerie calm. Spooky. Wife an I rode our bikes over to Kitty Hawk after boarding up the house. The sunset and sound looked beautiful on the way home as usual. We walk to the sound pretty often to watch the sunset. Knew the storm coming up the sound was going to be bad, but had no idea what the sound had in store for us..
