Steve ‘The Dream’ Thomas Paddle Out
A few moments from the paddle out for passing of local legend Steve ‘the Dream’ Thomas. I personally didn’t know Steve, but it was obvious from the turnout that he was a wonderful person and touched many lives here on the Outer Banks. RIP Steve, you will be missed.
