October Nor’easter
A pair of lows slid off the coast and sent solid northeast swell to the Outer Banks for days. The lighthouse was the magic spot for this one as the northeasterly swell direction and NW winds resulted in long, overhead dredging barrels…and a whole lotta current. I’ve never mindsurfed so much in my life! If they could’ve had the Rip Curl Search contest at the lighthouse on Saturday it wouldve been insane. Check out Surflines Feature and ESPNs Feature for coverage of the swell. I will post more soon. Thanks for checking out the photos!
